當球閥作啓、閉動作時,無論采用何種驅動方式,橡膠製品閥杆都要作旋轉運動,爲防止介質通過中孔間隙竄出,在閥杆處勾一凹槽嵌入O形圈,雖然閥杆作往複轉動90°,但由于O形圈的摩擦小和良好的自潤滑性,它們相互配合起到良好的密封效果。爲了保證閥座與閥芯形成良好的密封副,同樣在閥座內加工一凹槽,把O形圈安裝其中,當閥腔介質壓力升高時,在彈簧力的推動下,閥座向閥芯産生位移,在O形圈高彈性能的作用下,保證了管道內腔的密封性,此時O形圈在管道中啓動態密封效果,前兩種結構形式中,O形圈同屬于動態密封結構。

外勞仲介-日擬擴增外勞 執政黨提建言


日本執政黨自民黨昨天彙整建議政府外籍幫傭擴大接受外籍勞工的建言案,重點在於外外勞申請籍人士技能實習制度由最長可接納3年延長為5年。日本政府也正研議技能實習制度的擴充方案。

自民黨昨天召開黨內日本經濟再生本部加強勞動力及提升生產力小組會議,彙整出建議人力仲介公司方案。

建議方案包括,有關現行日本接受外籍勞工的外國外籍廠工人技能實習制度,在日本研修3年的實習生當中,限成績優秀有意願延長者、本人或企業有意願延長者。

目前在日本工作3年外勞仲介的實習生在返國之後,不准以同樣目的再入境日本。但建議方案指出,在這些實習生返國後,經過一定的時間,可再到日本實習外籍看護約2年。

現行制度規定,員工不滿50人的企業,1年最多只能接納3名技能實習生,但建議方案建議擴增人數。建議方案還指出,實習生工作3年的業人力仲介種可由現行的68種擴增。

另一方面,鑑於311東日本大震災災後重建及為籌備2020年東京奧運,建築業人手嚴重不足,自民黨的建議方案指出「有必要處理暫時性的建設需求」。

日本建築業、水產加工業等要求政府擴大引進實習生。日本法務大臣私人諮詢會議等也正研議是否擴大引進制度,到6月底將提出一個方針。另外,有關建築業嚴重人手不足問題,本月底日本相關閣僚會議將決定是否擴大引進技能實習生。

日本的技能實習制度於1993年制訂,外籍人士在日本以勞工身分最長可工作3年,引進的中國大陸、越南等勞工約15萬人。

業種包括裁縫、機械加工、建設、農業等68種。但企業被指控將實習生當成廉價勞工,被控違法的案子頻傳,日本政府於2010年修改出入境管理法,加強保護實習外勞仲介生。
